金木犀のお花をまるごといただくように、たっぷりと瓶に詰め込んだシロップです。

mitosayaには、建物をぐるりと囲むように金木犀の木が植わっています。

夏の暑かった空気の中に、ふっと、一輪の花の香りをみつけたら最後。もう、数日の間は金木犀の香りのお祭りになります。かと思えば、たった一日の雨ですべて散ってしまうような儚い、秋の訪れのようです。

炭酸水にひとさじ加えれば美しいグラデーションと、お花の香りがふわっと広がります。

焼き菓子や冷たいデザートに、お花を散らすように飾っていただいても素敵だと思います。
