2026年春のOPEN DAYのテーマ「COAST/FIELD」に合わせて製造した、房総の海のもの、野のものを組み合わせた蒸留酒です。海から野へ、野から海へと風が抜ける、房総の土地を感じられるような思いで作っています。

野のものを担うのはmitosayaで採れたカブス（橙）のピール・スピリッツと、睦沢町のさつまいもで作る蒸留酒。海のものは富津港で採れたばかりのわかめと牡蠣殻から作った蒸留酒。柑橘の爽やかさ、さつまいものふくよかさ、そこに磯の香りがふわりと後味に香ります。ほんの少し加えた烏山椒のはちみつが、甘さとスパイシーさをもたらします。

オール房総半島のボタニカルが奏でる豊かな味わい。そのままロックで、あるいはジンのようにトニックウォーターで割って。磯の香りが活きる刺身やお造りや、柑橘のニュアンスが寄り添う白身魚のグリルとも好相性です。

Crafted to celebrate the theme of our Spring 2026 OPEN DAY, "COAST/FIELD," this spirit brings together the flavors of sea and land from across the Boso Peninsula. It was made with the feeling of wind moving from coast to field, field to coast — a spirit that captures the essence of this place.

The land is represented by a peel spirit made from kabusu citrus (a variety of daidai orange) grown at mitosaya, and a distillate of sweet potatoes from Mutsuzawa. The sea comes through in a spirit distilled from freshly harvested wakame seaweed and oyster shells from Futtsu Port. Bright citrus, the warmth of sweet potato, and a whisper of the ocean linger in the finish. A touch of karasu-zansho honey adds a gentle sweetness and spice.

A rich and layered expression of Boso botanicals. Enjoy on the rocks or with tonic water in the style of a gin. Pairs beautifully with sashimi and seafood platters, where the briny notes truly shine.
