季節毎に様々な植物をミックスしたmitosayaの定番ハーブソルトです。フレーク状のさくさくの海塩を使用し、庭で採れた爽やかな香りの花生姜や旨味感があるナスタチウムの花や葉、海の香りが特徴のハマゴウや、タイムの原種イブキジャコウソウなどのmitosayaらしい個性的な薬草をたっぷり加えました。複雑に広がる香りを楽しみながらぜひお料理の仕上げなどにお使いください。お菓子やアイスクリームなどにかけるのもおすすめです。

A signature mitosaya herb salt made by blending a variety of plants that change with the seasons. We use crisp, flaky sea salt from France and generously add distinctive botanicals characteristic of mitosaya, including fragrant flower ginger and nasturtium flowers and leaves with a savory, umami-rich character, as well as hamagō, known for its subtle seaside aroma, and Ibuki-jakōsō, a native Japanese herb related to thyme.

Enjoy the complex, layered aromas and use it as a finishing salt to add the final touch to your dishes. It is also delicious sprinkled over sweets, ice cream, and other desserts.
