5月から6月の庭は、薔薇があちこちに咲き始める時期です。立派な木のオールドローズ、そこいらに こぼれ種から育ったノイバラ、大きく育ったコウシンバラなど、、、 日々、咲いては摘んでの地道な作業で集めた薔薇と、大多喜町で大切に育てられている食香薔薇を たっぷりブレンドして作ったブレンドティーです。 ベースには温室の葡萄の若葉の発酵茶、レモンの香りが特徴のバーベナやレモンバーム。ほんのりとした酸味と甘味に薔薇の華やかさが香る、この季節の庭の景色を映し出しているようなハーブティー。 1gにつき100mlから加減してお好みの量で、熱湯で蒸らして4分～5分でどうぞ。

From May to June, the garden comes alive as roses begin to bloom throughout the grounds. Stately old roses climb into trees, wild roses emerge from self-sown seeds, and vigorous Rosa multiflora flourishes in abundance. Day by day, we carefully gather the blossoms as they open, combining them with fragrant edible roses lovingly cultivated in Otaki. The result is a generous blend that celebrates the fleeting beauty of the season. The base of this herbal tea is a fermented tea made from young grape leaves grown in our greenhouse, complemented by lemon verbena and lemon balm for their bright citrus notes. Delicate floral aromas of rose mingle with gentle sweetness and a subtle tartness, creating a cup that evokes the landscape of the garden in early summer.

For brewing, use approximately 1 g of tea per 100 ml of water, adjusting to your preferred strength. Steep in freshly boiled water for 4–5 minutes before enjoying.
