冬の景色を彩る蝋梅の葉と花を採取し、同じく庭で採取した白梅と三叉の花を合わせました。蝋梅の名を表すかしゃかしゃとした、まるで蝋引きされたような葉や花、夏の間に収穫していた薄荷のすーっとした感触が、冷たい空気の中に春を感じさせる、そんな景色をイメージしてブレンドしました。/p>

おすすめの淹れ方は、1gに対して100mlが目安です。熱湯を注ぎ5分ほどで濾し入れます。

Leaves and flowers of wintersweet (robai), harvested from the garden, are blended with white plum blossoms and mitsumata flowers, also gathered on-site. The waxy texture suggested by the name “robai,” together with mint harvested during summer, evokes a landscape where the cold air of winter carries the first signs of spring.

For brewing, use approximately 1g per 100ml of hot water. Steep for about five minutes before straining.
