新潟県の阿部農園から毎年届けていただく完熟のル レクチエをお酒用からわけてもらい使用しました。庭の橙品種のカブスを合わせて優しいオレンジ色のジャムに。優しくとろみのある果実味に柑橘の爽やかな香りと微量のほろ苦さがアクセントになっています。仕上げに「MONSIEUR LECTIER」の蒸留酒を加え、香りに更に広がりが出ました。焼き立てのトーストにたっぷり載せて。ヨーグルトにフルーツと一緒に。

Each year we receive perfectly ripe Le Lectier pears from Abe Farm in Niigata, selecting a portion originally destined for distillation. These pears are combined with kabosu oranges grown in our own garden to create a softly hued, gentle orange-colored jam.

The result is a smooth, tender fruitiness accented by refreshing citrus aroma and a subtle hint of bitterness. To finish, we add a small amount of “MONSIEUR LECTIER” pear spirit from mitosaya, expanding the aromatic depth.

Generously spread on freshly toasted bread, or enjoyed with yogurt and fruit. A gentle, comforting jam well suited to the winter table.
