新年を祝う縁起物のお茶である「大福茶」は、新年の無病息災と幸福を願って元旦に飲むものとして生まれたそうです。その大福茶を、mitosayaの植物で独自の解釈をしブレンドしたオリジナルの大福茶を作りました。

秋に白くて可愛らしい花を咲かせる茶の花のすっきりとした苦みと、赤紫蘇の華やかな香り、六条大麦をじっくり焙じた優しい甘み。 お祝いのお食事を邪魔しないすっきりとした飲み口です。

温かなお茶の湯気もまた清々しい冬の日にはぴったりですので、ぜひ熱々でお召し上がりください。

もちろん普段のお茶の時間にお菓子と一緒にぜひどうぞ。

This is mitosaya’s original interpretation using garden-grown plants.

Clean bitterness from tea flowers, the vivid aroma of red shiso, and gentle sweetness from roasted six-row barley.
