熊本県・江口農園さんのネーブルの果皮に、甘橘山のたっぷりのレモン果汁を加えたマーマレードです。仕上げには庭で収穫したばかりのタイムの花とラベンダーの香り。レモンのきゅっとした心地よい酸味とハーブや花の複雑な香りをお楽しみいただけます。

This marmalade is made with the rind of navels from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture and the juice of a generous amount of lemons from Sweet Tachibana Mountain.

The finishing touch is the fragrance of freshly harvested thyme flowers and lavender from the garden.
You will enjoy the pleasantly crisp acidity of the lemon and the complex aroma of herbs and flowers.
