無花果の青く甘やかな香りから発想し、ジャスミンの香り高い茶葉をあわせたブレンドティーを作りました。ニッケイの根は、庭仕事をしていたら土から出てきた宝物のようなもので、普通のシナモンの香りとも、ニッケイの葉とも全然違う、深く、濃厚な香りが薬草園ならではの素材。

リンゴの果実味もほのかに感じられ、時間を置くごとに味わいがより強く感じられます。

熱湯を注いで3分ほどから、香りの変化を感じてみてください。

Inspired by the green and sweet aroma of figs, we created a tea blend that combines the fragrant leaves of jasmine. Nikkei root is like a treasure that came out of the earth when I was working in the garden. It has a deep, rich aroma that is completely different from the aroma of ordinary cinnamon or the leaves of the Japanese cinnamon tree, an ingredient unique to the herb garden.
There is also a hint of apple fruitiness, and the flavor becomes stronger with each passing moment.
Pour boiling water and start to feel the change in aroma from about 3 minutes.
