MITOSAYAの季節の定番でもあるハーブソルト。今回は、無花果の葉を加えたことでその青々しさや、複雑な香気が特徴にもなっています。摘んだばかりの金木犀をたっぷり加え、その香りもさることながら、見た目にもとっても可愛らしく、サラダや、お肉、パスタ、などなど、何に使っていただいても秋らしい姿に、お料理を変身させてくれます。

Herb salt is a seasonal staple of MITOSAYA. This time, fig leaves have been added to give it a freshness and a complex aroma. The addition of a generous amount of freshly picked golden osmanthus gives the salt not only its aroma, but also a very pleasant appearance.
