プラムは不思議と組み合わせるものによって個性が微妙に変化する、透明感のある果実だと思います。同じ科の梅のようでもあるし、色の印象も加わって、いちごのような味わいも感じられる。

今回は、山梨産の完熟プラムに、薔薇の花とバニラビーンズの芳しい甘さを贅沢に加えました。

最後に入れたいちごのリキュール、WHITE BERRY BOUQUETによってプラムがまるでベリーのようにも感じられ、その変化もぜひ楽しんでいただきたいです。たっぷり加えたバニラビーンズの、かすかな歯ざわりも心地よいです。

I think plums are a transparent fruit with a subtle change in character depending on what they are mysteriously combined with. It is like a plum from the same family, and with the added impression of color, it also tastes like a strawberry.

In this case, I added the luxurious flavor of ripe plums from Yamanashi with the aromatic sweetness of roses and vanilla beans.

The strawberry liqueur added at the end makes the plums taste like berries, and we hope you will enjoy this change as well. The vanilla bean added in abundance also gives it a pleasant, subtle crunch.
