山梨産のぶどうを使用し、透明の果汁のみを濾し取ったあとにドライの花を加え、液体ぎりぎりの少量の凝固剤を加えて作ったジャムは、ジャムというには少し違う仕上がりになりました。

まるでアクアリウムの中に浮かぶ花びらのような見た目から「アクアゼリー」と名付けることにしました。

スプーンで落とすと雫が崩れるか、崩れないかほどの柔らかい質感に、ぎゅっとブドウの果実味が閉じ込められています。

よく冷やして、そのままゼリーやパンナコッタなどのデザートの仕上げにかけたり、朝のヨーグルトにかければ気軽に贅沢な香りを楽しむことができます。

Made from Yamanashi grapes, after straining out only the clear juice, dried flowers were added, and a small amount of coagulant, just barely liquid, was added to the jam, resulting in a slightly different finish than that of a jam.

We decided to call it "aqua jelly" because it looks like petals floating in an aquarium.

When dropped with a spoon, it has a soft texture that may or may not break into drops, and the fruitiness of the grapes is locked in.

Chilled well, it can be drizzled over desserts such as jelly and panna cotta,or, pour it over yogurt in the morning and enjoy the luxurious aroma at your leisure.
