お茶作りの中でも最も楽しいのが、季節の花をこれでもかというほどに混ぜ込んだボタニカルティーです。

この花々を摘み取るのは、他でもなく、手です。一輪一輪、毎日毎日摘んでは大切に集めていく作業は地道ですが、この華やかなお茶になってくれることを、いつも楽しみに励みます。

今回ベースに選んだのは大磯のTEHANDELから取り寄せた「MajorWilliamson」という、茶葉にジャスミンとばら、そしてベルガモットの香りをつけたアールグレー。

まさに春の花々を束ねたブーケを思わせる香りを、箱をあけた瞬間に感じていただけることと思います。

ガラスの茶器などで淹れればより花の色の湯の中での移ろいを見ることができます。

水出しでもしっかり香りが移りますので、暑い日のお茶の時間に、ぜひご準備ください。

One of the most enjoyable aspects of tea making is botanical tea, which is a mixture of so many seasonal flowers. These flowers are picked by hand. The work of picking and carefully gathering each flower, day after day, is It is a steady work, but I always look forward to seeing them turned into this gorgeous tea.

This time, I chose "MajorWilliamson" from TEHANDEL in Oiso as the base, an Earl Grey with jasmine, rose, and bergamot flavors on the tea leaves.

The aroma is reminiscent of a bouquet of spring flowers, and you will feel it the moment you open the box.

If brewed in a glass tea cup, you will be able to see the color of the flowers change in the hot water.

The aroma is also well absorbed even when brewed with water, so please be sure to prepare it for your tea time on hot days.
