毎年の恒例となった冬のりんごの仕込み。いつも元気な飯島さんがトラックに積んだりんごを運んできてくれます。自然栽培のりんごは皮まで食べられる安心なりんご。

お酒の仕込みから一部取り分けておき、ジャムの仕込みの横で輪切りにしてドライに。ミトサヤの一番の働き者の一つ、巨大な乾燥機に入れて低温で辛抱強く乾かします。

仕上がりはりんごの性格の違いか、ぱりぱりもあれば、じんわり乾いたものもあり。

どちらも噛めば噛むほど、りんごの味わいが広がって、一つ食べたらもう一つ、手が伸びるりんごチップスです。おやつにどうぞ。

Winter apple preparation has become an annual tradition. The always energetic Mr. Iijima brings in truckloads of apples. Naturally grown apples are safe apples that can be eaten down to the skin.

A portion is taken away from the sake preparation and sliced into round slices for drying next to the jam preparation. They are patiently dried at low temperature in a huge dryer, one of the hardest workers in Mithusaya.

The finished product varies depending on the character of the apples, some are crispy and some are hunky dry.

The more you chew, the more the apple flavor spreads, and after eating one apple chip, you will want another. Please enjoy them as a snack.
