RHUM AGRICOLEでも使った、いすみのさとうきびを絞って煮詰めて糖蜜を作りました。自然でまろやかな甘味に、庭で採れたターメリック、スタッフのとしえさんのお母さんが作った生姜が原材料。全部の顔が見える。そんな安心で温かな味わいはこの場所に暮らして得た何よりもの財産だと思っています。
炭酸割りも良いですし、冷たいミルクで割るのもおすすめです。かき氷などの蜜としても使えます。
原材料:サトウキビ(いすみ市)、古根生姜(久我農園/いすみ市)、春ウコン、秋ウコン、ガジュツ、レモン果汁

Molasses is made by squeezing and boiling down Isumi sugarcane, which was also used in RHUM AGRICOLE. The natural, mild sweetness is made from turmeric from the garden and ginger made by Toshie-san's mother, a staff member. You can see the faces of all of them. I believe that such a safe and warm flavor is the best asset I have gained from living in this place. It is also good with soda or cold milk. It can also be used as nectar for shaved ice.
