YUZU AND VANILLA JAM

mitosayaで収穫した自然栽培の柚子を使用しました。柚子の香りは他のどの柑橘にも似ない格別なもの、冬にふさわしい暖かな色合いと味わいを丁寧にジャムに仕立て瓶に閉じ込めました。

マダガスカル産のバニラビーンズを贅沢に加えて、黒いプチプチとした見た目も食感も特別なものに。

This jam is made from naturally grown citron harvested at mitosaya. The scent of yuzu is like no other citrus fruit, and the warm color and taste of yuzu are carefully made into a jam and bottled.

The addition of Madagascar vanilla beans gives it a special black, petite appearance and texture.
