ミントの鮮烈な香気と、萩の滋味深い味わいの組み合わせはmitosayaの定番のブレンド。

それに今回は、春先に収穫した甘茶をむしろで発酵させた発酵甘茶を加え、ほんのりした甘みを遠くに感じさせ、湘南ゴールドの豊かな柑橘香をすこしだけ、プラスしてみました。

液色は美しい黄金色で、短時間で淹れればすっきりと、だんだん色も濃くなり味わいも複雑になっていきます。その変化も楽しんでみてください。
