音楽を起点に、食と農、環境の循環にも取り組むBlue Noteとmitosayaのコラボレーション。

レモンバーベナ、ホーリーバジル、スイートバジル、アップルミントなど、Blue Note Farmで育てた7種のハーブを使ったスピリッツ。収穫したハーブをそれぞれの香りが最も引き立つよう、フレッシュな状態で仕込み、蒸留したものを一つにブレンドしました。ミントの清涼感、バーベナやレモングラスの爽やかな柑橘香に、バジルの青々しいニュアンスが重なり、複雑でありながら軽やかな香りが調和します。よく冷やしてストレートで、あるいはソーダで割って。ハーブの香りが広がる瞬間をお楽しみください。

Blue Note Farm

Blue Noteが2023年から運営する、埼玉県鴻巣市の自社農園「Blue Note Farm」。須永農園の協力のもと、耕作放棄地をブルーノートのスタッフの手で再生し、農作業を通じて生産者とつながりながら、自然環境と食の循環を育む活動に取り組んでいます。
全店舗のキッチンにはコンポストを設置し、調理時に出た端材を堆肥に変えて農園の肥料として活用。音楽を起点に、食、農、環境をつなぎながら、未来の食のあり方を考えています。

A collaboration with Blue Note, an organization that explores the connections between music, food, agriculture, and environmental cycles.

This spirit is made with seven varieties of herbs grown at Blue Note Farm, including lemon verbena, holy basil, sweet basil, and apple mint. Each herb was harvested and distilled fresh to bring out its distinctive aroma at its best, then blended together into a single spirit. The cool freshness of mint meets the bright citrus notes of lemon verbena and lemongrass, layered with the green, herbaceous character of basil. Complex yet light and refreshing, the aromas come together in harmony. Enjoy well chilled and neat, or topped with soda. Savor the moment when the fragrance of the herbs comes alive.

Blue Note Farm

Blue Note Farm is a farm operated by Blue Note in Konosu, Saitama Prefecture, since 2023. With the support of Sunaga Farm, Blue Note staff have worked to restore abandoned farmland, connecting with local producers through farming while fostering a cycle between nature and food.
Compost bins are installed in the kitchens of all Blue Note venues, where food scraps generated during preparation are turned into compost and returned to the farm as fertilizer. Beginning with music, Blue Note connects food, agriculture, and the environment while exploring possibilities for the future of food.
