毎年手掛ける、熊本・江口農園の無農薬ネーブルオレンジを使ったオードヴィー。果実の発酵蒸留酒と、香り高い皮を浸漬したスピリッツを贅沢にブレンドしました。

仕上げの鍵は、マダガスカルで森のような環境で育った芳醇なバニラ。例年よりも長く浸漬することで、ネーブルの弾けるフレッシュさと、鼻に抜けるバニラの甘美な余韻が重なり、爽快なハーモニーを奏でます。

まさに夏のおへそ。少し冷やしてストレートで、炭酸水に少し浮かべるだけでも、一口飲めば鮮やかな夏が訪れます。

An eau-de-vie made each year from pesticide-free navel oranges grown at Eguchi Farm in Misumi, Kumamoto. A generous blend of fermented fruit distillate and a spirit macerated with fragrant peel. The finishing touch: richly aromatic vanilla grown through agroforestry in Madagascar. The bright, bursting freshness of the navel orange meets a luscious, lingering sweetness on the finish — a refreshing harmony. Serve lightly chilled, neat. One sip, and summer arrives.
