MITOSAYA ALIVE BASIC CONDIMENTS(ABC)の第3弾は「バラのグレープビネガー」です。ワインを搾ったあとのぶどうを再発酵させて作る、ピケットと呼ばれる軽めのワインを酢酸発酵させて、お酢を作りました。発酵中に有機栽培のバラの花を加えて、華やかな香りをまとわせています。
柔らかな酸度のため、調味料としてはもちろん、ドリンクやカクテルの酸味としてもご利用いただけます。また、熱殺菌をしていないため、酢酸菌が生きていますので、お酢の種としても使えます。
食卓を豊かにする一品です。

MITOSAYA ALIVE BASIC CONDIMENTS (ABC) third installment is "Rose Grape Vinegar". We fermented the grape left over from squeezing the wine to make a light wine called pike and then fermented it to make vinegar.
During fermentation, we added organic rose flowers grown in Chiba Prefecture, giving it a glamorous fragrance. Because of its soft acidity, it can be used not only as a seasoning but also as the acidity of drinks and cocktails. Also, since it is not heat-sterilized, acetic acid bacteria are alive, so it can also be used as vinegar seeds.
It is a condiment that enriches the dining table.
