Four spirits for you to enjoy during this mild season,
Serious vanilla extract, which exceeds the standard for vanilla usage,
Jams and sauces made from the mash after distillation,
and a new fermented tea created through an encounter with Noma.
The tea will be on sale from 10:00 a.m. on April 30, 2012.
