Croissant magazine published a conversation between Eguchi of mitosaya and Joseph Chung of Perfume Tree Gin, the first gin distillery in Hong Kong.
In the "Tea Time" section, where they discuss one theme at length, Joseph was interviewed about the appeal and enjoyment of spirits and the spirits scene in Japan and Hong Kong at the time of his visit to mitosaya.
