小さくカットして乾かして、ハーブパウダーを混ぜ込んだ粒子の荒いお砂糖をたっぷりまぶしました。
小さなひとつまみで口に入れれば、お砂糖の感触と甘夏のほろ苦さ、酸味、ハーブの香りが広がります。
