千葉県大多喜町産のいちごを使用し、2年間じっくりと熟成させたいちごのオードヴィーに、イエルバブエナのミントとmitosaya月桂樹のスピリッツで清涼感を加えました。
地元大多喜町の生産者から譲ってもらった完熟のいちごと、選び抜かれた苗目のイエルバブエナとmitosayaの月桂樹。自分たちで直接採取することで、ドライではなくフレッシュなまま香りを抽出することができます。

少し冷やしてそのまま楽しむのも良し、カクテルのベースとしても活躍します。

甘やかな香りと爽やかな風味で、春の訪れをグラス一杯で感じられるようです。

This strawberry eau de vie is made from fresh strawberries grown in Otaki Town, Chiba Prefecture, and aged slowly for two years, with Yerba Buena mint and mitosaya’s bay spirit adding a refreshing coolness.
Ripe strawberries given to us by local producers in Otaki, and selected seedlings of yerba buena and mitosaya bay tree. By collecting them directly ourselves, we are able to extract the aroma fresh, not dry.

It can be enjoyed slightly chilled or as a base for cocktails.

The sweet aroma and refreshing flavor will make you feel the arrival of spring with just one glass.
