千葉県鴨川市、高鶴山のふもとにある8棟の温室を拠点に、100種以上のハーブやエディブルフラワーの栽培を行っています。エアルーム種の野菜の栽培、里山の環境再生や、シェアファームの運営なども手掛ける、mitosayaの強力なパートナー。
隣りあった市に位置する地の利を活かし、収穫してすぐにフレッシュなまま加工するからできる、植物の香りや味を凝縮した蒸留酒等を共に製造しています。

Based in eight greenhouses at the foot of Takatsuru Mountain in Kamogawa City, Chiba Prefecture, they grow over 100 varieties of herbs and edible flowers. He is a strong partner of mitosaya, which is also involved in the cultivation of air-room species of vegetables, environmental restoration of satoyama, and management of a shared farm.
Taking advantage of their geographical location in neighboring cities, they produce distilled liquors that concentrate the aroma and flavor of the plants, which is possible because they are processed fresh right after harvesting.
