It was made with the feeling of wind moving from coast to field, field to coast — a spirit that captures the essence of this place.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe land is represented by a peel spirit made from kabusu citrus (a variety of daidai orange) grown at mitosaya, and a distillate of sweet potatoes from Mutsuzawa. The sea comes through in a spirit distilled from freshly harvested wakame seaweed and oyster shells from Futtsu Port. Bright citrus, the warmth of sweet potato, and a whisper of the ocean linger in the finish. A touch of karasu-zansho honey adds a gentle sweetness and spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA rich and layered expression of Boso botanicals.
