It is a collaboration between CAN-PANY’s “SCC (Specialty Coffee Can)” project and Coffee Wrights, a roastery in Kuramae, Tokyo. The beans are a single origin from Gersi in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, naturally processed and carefully handled before arriving fresh. They carry notes reminiscent of grape and tropical fruits, with a subtle spice and a gentle sweetness. It is said that more than 70% of the compounds remain in coffee grounds after brewing. Through distillation, we recover these elements while reducing bitterness, drawing out floral aromatics, spice, and a long, sweet finish. Enjoy as a digestif with dessert. Served on the rocks, it opens up with aromatic clarity.
